Implicit conversion from DataArray to int not supported in Python 3.11 #96

In a future python version datetime does not support implicit conversion from DataArray to int anymore. That's why on Jenkins, and python 3.11https://ied-wcr-jenkins.ethz.ch/job/petals_ci_night/581/ fails.
