@geohazard89 — did the above dependency file resolve your issue for now?

@sameberenz @emanuel-schmid — I think we should close all these issues with separate stop-gap fixes. I'll ask whether I can hijack/rename the #109 issue to have one single point of discussion for the dependency upgrades.
