Align Load Icon Properly As a Test Engineer, I want to see the load icon while selecting school in center or fade screen so that it changes the look and feel of website.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://staging-clixdashboard.tiss.edu/home'
  2. Scroll to Filters
  3. See error
