No Validation For Select Filters

Describe the bug

• When Clicked on Submit button without any selecting filter options(i.e. Select State/Select District/ Select School), there is no validations of filter fields.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://staging-clixdashboard.tiss.edu/home'
2. Scroll down to 'Filter section(i.e. Select State, Select District, Select School)'
3. Click on submit
4. See error

Expected behavior To make it user friendly, it should defined it as field mandatory / highlight the fields when options not selected on click of submit
