no field alert is prompted for district select filter #62

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://staging-clixdashboard.tiss.edu/home'
  2. Select 'Chattisgarh' from select State option
  3. Click on 'submit'
  4. See error

Expected behavior should prompt alert "select valid district" instead of "select valid schoolname"
