Describe the bug In About page there is horizontal slider for following small screen device resolution motoG4 galaxyS5 pixel 2 pixel 2XL iphone 5/SE iphone 6/7/8 iphone 6/7/8 plus iphone X ipad

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://staging-clixoer.tiss.edu/home/e-library'
2. Click on 'About' main navigation link
3. See error in responsive page

Expected behavior page should not contain horizontal slider
