There is extra space in E-Library page

Describe the bug In E-Library page when clicked on collapse bar button, there is more space between shown menu options and modules cards for following responsive screen:

1. MotoG4(360x640)
2. GalaxyS5(360x640)
3. Pixel2(411x731)
4. Pixel 2XL (320x568)
5. Iphone6/7/8(375x667)
6. Iphone6/7/8 plus(414x736)
7. IphoneX(375x812)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://staging-clixoer.tiss.edu/home/e-library'
2. Click on 'Collapse bar' button
3. Scroll down to 'below shown menu options'
4. See error

Expected behavior The space/padding should be less between filter options and module cards
