COOL OER Resources action link alignment is not proper on Production site #178

Describe the bug In COOL OER page on resources card the alignment of preview count link is not proper

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://clixoer.tiss.edu/cool/oer'
  2. Scroll down to 'resources'
  3. See error

Expected behavior the alignment of link should be proper
