No Answer is been responded for all Multiple Choice Questions in Assessment of Unplatform CLIxMathsModule

Describe the bug For Multiple Choice Question option selected and submited, no response for option selected

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run CLIxMathsModule application (unplatform)
2. Select User as Student
3. Select no of computer as 1
4. Select Module as "Geometric Reasoning Part I
5. Select Unit - 1 Concept of Shape
6. Select 2 Pre-Assessment
7. Select checkbox option
8. Click on Check answer
9. See error

Expected behavior should display response answer for option selected, whether it is correct or incorrect
