I've adapted the table so we keep "syntactically_negated", with high, low and no as options.
I've removed the extraneous cases in Igbo, and left the cantonese to you as suggested.
Wrt. the Russian data and dolzno being the neuter form of dolzen; as far as I am aware from the data that we collected - we looked through each occurrence at the time, and tried to determine whether it was the verbal or the adverbial form. To the best of my knowledge we have got the right categorisations. I've marked the verbal dolzno in with the dolzen forms, if my memory serves me correctly.
Let me know if there are still some further adaptions needed here. I will be sending the Telugu data as soon as I can.
