Currently our database have [yes,no,high,low] and simply blank for syntactically_negated field. Given what we have discussed, ideally we would want to unify these values into [no,high,low] and leave some of the field blank if the data is not elicited under the (context,negation) pair. I have started revising some of our previous data, namely Tlingit and Akan.
