After the move to CLMBRs org (see issue #7 ), use pdoc to deploy to GH pages: https://pdoc.dev/docs/pdoc.html#deploying-to-github-pages

Set up for now, so that pdoc build gets triggered with every commit to main :) and is then displayed at https://clmbr.shane.st/altk . Can still fine-tune exactly what we want to build and display, but going to close the issue at this milestone.
