Some variables should not have statistics generated.

Examples of such variables are:

numeric identifier fields when min/max/mean etc are meaningless
Frequencies may wish to be removed for certain fields where there are low cell counts -- DDI expects a value in every frequency count (so - or n/a cannot be used) so these variables would as a work around have the frequencies removed

Also shouldn't create min/max/mean on code lists.
