frequencies not generated when declared in config file #44

java -jar Extract2DDI.jar -f test-file-data-types.sav -config format32-spss.cfg --format 3.2

should produce frequencies - it does not

@alkondrashov the frequencies are only shown for Valid values, they should also be shown for Invalid values In TestCodeValue2 this has an Invalid value of -1 which is not being output
