Output .txt files have undefined instead of the question and variable names #4

I uploaded this file whii_85_hs1_mappings.xlsx and it outputted these files tq_output.txt tv_output.txt

Okay, I've pushed up a commit which addresses this issue (it was caused by inconsistency in the case used in the headers of the input Excel file e.g. 'Variable name/Variable Name'

For added context Olly stated that the headers in the excel must match the headers in the template, rather than the order they appear. The columns can be in any order. Olly will update the read.me and add info to the webpage.

I cannot test that the headers are no longer case sensitive? As the process will not run see #6

File loads and creates correct output when the headers match (not case sensitive), in any order.
