Not all Archivist instances have full topic descriptions #315

Not sure how important this is, but I wanted to note that the descriptions in the topics table for instances; Genscot and the Wirral have truncated descriptions? e.g. "Housing = Living facilities for humans.\nEnvironmen..."

This is the case in the database which is then reflected in Archivist. We do not use these full names so it is not too important.
