REACT: Dataset Edit to show the DOI #736

The DOI is stored in the database, but it doesn't show in the Datasets > Edit form?

e.g. https://closer-archivist-staging.herokuapp.com/datasets/739/edit

Tested on staging and this is now viewable in edit.
