Temp: Symbols when dragging the constructs is sometimes confusing #797

When trying to move a parent construct inside a child construct (not possible), it should have the cross symbol, but in some cases there is a + symbol which is confusing. The print screen doesn't capture these symbols, so I cannot include an example of what this looks like.

Can no longer see this problem, reopen if it happens again.
