Missing control construct #844

Similar issue as before (#221) were constructs are disappearing from the frontend of Archivist (constructs and doc view), however, previously this was because of missing parents.

A construct is no longer visible, but it looks okay in the DB.

This is in alspac https://closer-archivist-alspac.herokuapp.com/instruments/alspac_16_la24/build/constructs/ qc_H2_b is not being displayed, but it will not allow another to be created as it does exist. I cannot fix as it looks fine in the DB.

Both this and #843 issue must have happened after April 19, as the export dating from then is okay. I have loaded it into staging. https://closer-archivist-staging.herokuapp.com/instruments/alspac_16_la24/build/constructs/

Cleared cache and it's okay now.
