[ ] CLOUDS goes into it's own folder called CLOUDS, complete with uninstaller and rift set up instructions
[ ] immutable assets go into /Library/Application Support/CLOUDS
[ ] user changed assets (VHX tokens, run data and logging) goes into ~/Library/Application Support/CLOUDS
[ ] update installers to reflect this
