Description

This pull request is being opened to introduce fixed inverter sizing.

This pull request introduces a new feature into CLOVER, and the version is being updated to v5.0.7b1, a beta pre-release version of this new feature.

line in the scenario inputs commented out? By default if it is commented out will it just work on the assumption that it is FALSE?

Yes! It works by reading it in with a default of False 😄
