Update ava to the latest version 🚀

The devDependency ava was updated from `2.4.0` to `3.1.0`.

This version is not covered by your current version range.

AVA can now load pre-compiled TypeScript files!

First, install the new @ava/typescript package:

npm install --save-dev @ava/typescript

Now let's assume your TypeScript files are in a src directory, output to a build directory. Configure AVA like so:

ava.config.js file:

export default {
  typescript: {
    rewritePaths: {
      'src/': 'build/'
    }
  }
}

Compile your TypeScript files and run your tests! Or, to run a specific test file, run npx ava src/test.ts.
