Alpha 13 File Name Change #1

As announced today by Nordic, the server executable filename will be changing in Alpha 13. This PR aims to update the docker image to match these changes.

Do not merge until Alpha 13 as these changes have yet to be applied to the latest Squad release!

@Thomas-Smyth Thanks! Can you poke me again once Alpha 13 hits? I'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to Squad currently :).
