Model structure: system design for separate components: FS-SC-FT-TT, and FS-CV-TT #23

Intention is to have the CV model run as a separate entity. Any issues with doing that? Overlap is firm synthesis regional firms output. Can parallel the fist code steps in both model set ups? Then move into the rest of freight firm synthesis and onto next steps of freight model, or in the CV model onto the rest of the CV model.

Best approach will involve a slight compartmentalization of the firm synthesis code into CMAP firms, national firms, production/consumption and only include the cmap firms section in the CV model version

Review final version of the CVSM and follow that as closely as possible for general set up. Firm synthesis is CMAP region in particular should produce same results (firm list) for same inputs (eg., same controls)

firm synthesis is now consistent between the two implementations of the models, and identical set of firms can be imported for use in the CSVM in the FS-CV-TT model and for use in the supply chain and FTTM steps in the FS-SC-FT-TT model
