Emission of CIB at 20GHz too high #37

Websky has the lowest frequency at 18.7. The 20GHz LAT goes down to 17.

I copied the 18.7 map to 1 GHz.

However, it is problematic, if converted to uK_RJ, 18.7 is about 1 uK_RJ, while 1 GHz is at 300 uK_RJ.

same issue was in DC-0 but I didn't look carefully enough the verification plots:
