Spent a while trying to "fix" the duktape.h not found error until I went back and read the README and found that information on what was required to compile was located after the instructions on how to compile.
I think it's clearer if Requirements are placed before compile instructions, since that's the sequence readers expect.
Also added minor section headings so readers can skim over the rationale for using, say, perl regex instead of ed regex, but still get the info they need.
