w ! filter-command documentation fixes #98

There are a couple case mistakes in the documentation for the w ! command filter (and a few in examples in the wild. Must be that pesky accidental cap-locking mentioned in the documentation :) ). I've attached a patch as that is outside of the git.

Actually, I'm making a number of minor corrections, along with the other language userguides, so I've added it to my fork. Wait a couple weeks until I've exhausted reading it and you can get a big diff of minor tiffs from that.

There is some convention variants with things like "!program" vs "! space program" . Seems in practice most use without a space, is that the preferred way?

Might seem a bit pedantic, but a good way for me to learn editing, and I'm in there anyway.

Actually, I see now I was wrong and misunderstanding how the browse mode buffer works.
