Issue on first load in 1.21.2/3 #6

Hello! I was just testing my latest pack to have an integration with TimeLib, and encountered an issue with joining worlds for the first time. It seems the pack cannot get the time the first time it loads, but the second time works just fine.

I did not have this issue in 1.21-1.21.1. image The attached image shows the values i got on the first load, after some ticking ofc. This is from the latest version, 1.2.1, which is marked as compatible with 1.21.2/3.

The issue seems to correct itself after a world relog, but i haven't tested enough to know if there are any lingering issues or whatnot.

while you are at it, i would appreciate some news on a port to 1.21.4? I release this update to my pack tomorrow, and would like to be able to forward such news to the pack's community.

Thanks for creating this issue. I'll take a look at it.

Regarding 1.21.4, it should still be compatible. If there are any issues, please let me know.
