[Bug]: Hems heli no livery #440

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

As I'm in LFB and NHS the hems air-1 heli doesn't spawn with a livery. Here is a screenshot of what happens when you spawn it in on NHS https://i.imgur.com/kzfRgXf.png It should spawn in looking like this https://i.imgur.com/qZYjj3A.png

Expected behaviour

Spawn in the nhs hems air-1 heli and it will have a red hems livery.

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to a helipad
  2. spawn in hems air-1 heli
  3. should spawn with a red hems livery

Any Texture Packs? (If so list)
