Data Request Opportunities - Table ID 1hr rather than E1hr required for COWCliP wind wave climate variable group

It’s important to note that in the Variable Group submitted as 'COWCliP Wind Wave Climate Variables,' we highlighted the need for the northward and eastward components of surface wind speed ('uas' and 'vas') at 1-hour temporal resolution. When submitting the request, we had to select a Table ID to proceed, so we chose the closest available option, which was 'E1hr.' However, the Table ID we are actually seeking is '1hr'.

Thank you for raising this issue.

The problem arose while submitting a Variable Group proposal for the CMIP7 Data Request. Our goal is to obtain the variables at a 1-hour resolution. However, when submitting the request, we were required to select a Table ID, and the only available option was E1hr. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose the 1hr Table ID because it wasn't listed. As I understand it, the 1hr Table ID is what we aim for with the 'COWCliP Variable Group' proposal.

Looking forward to hearing your feedback on this, and also a clarification on the difference between 'E1hr' and '1hr' Table IDs.
