Add a submit photosphere form

make sure the theme matches that of creating a user.

bootswatch makes this pretty easy to get pretty

Basic html layout has been added ('panoramaForm.php and markerForm.php').

Still need to incorporate bootswatch and write php logic.

To clarify: users will submit a photosphere form, photosphere will be added to the db, user should be redirected to a marker form, input from marker form should be used to add marker.
