Fix testing on github #138

The testing on github is currently messed up, this issue is for fixing the testing actions. This is related to every issue since it is for the entire app.

For this issue, I have been committing directly to dev since it is easier to test when the commit goes through.

Fixed testing on GitHub for now, please reopen this issue if building on Github, reopen if weird errors on the build arise, other than errors for failed tests.
