Added sort_filter_fragment.xml and added strings to string.xml for fragment.

Note: string array in strings.xml is for the sorting elements drop down menu (spinner). I believe hard coded text will work for now as elements are not changed during running of the app, but may have to be changed in the future depending on backend needs.
