As an owner, I want to specify one or more tags for an item.

Requirement

Assign one or more tags to an item.

Specification

Using the tag manager, we can specify one or more tags to the item.
- Modify the XML to support this, as well as use the FragmentLauncher class from #53.
As for adding/editing tags for the manager, the location to perform these actions is to be determined.

The startFragmentTransaction() method from the FragmentLauncher can be used to launch either of the add or edit fragments from the activity/fragment that the FragmentLauncher is attached to.

Note that you must provide data to AddEditFragment in the form of a Bundle with Parcelable objects put into the bundle.
- The tag here should be ADD_OR_EDIT_FRAGMENT.

Once I am finished working on the RecyclerView for the TagManager fragment, I will get straight to working on multiple item selection and addition. As Ben discussed with Nikolai earlier, we will integrate the TagManager as a fragment in nav_graph.
