User Story US 03.05.01

As an administrator, I want to be able to browse profiles.

Acceptance Criteria

Display a list of all registered user profiles on the administrator dashboard.
Include key details for each profile such as name, email, and registration date.
Provide search and filter options to locate specific profiles.
Allow clicking on a profile to view more detailed user information.
