User Story US 01.06.01

As an entrant, I want to view event details within the app by scanning the promotional QR code.

Acceptance Criteria

Display a QR code scanner accessible from the main screen or events page.
When a valid event QR code is scanned, show event details, including name, date, location, and description.
If the QR code is invalid, display an error message, "Invalid QR code. Please try again."
