As an organizer, I want to create and manage my facility profile.

Acceptance Criteria

• When signing up, an organizer must first create their profile with an organizer role.
• This profile screen contains 4 inputs:
  • Username
  • Role (must be selected as organizer to see facility)
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Facility Name
• Once the profile has been created, the "Profile" button on the bottom right may be clicked to view details. (go to Profile activity)
• This screen shows the details previously inputted for the current profile, and an "Edit Profile" button to be able to edit the details.
• Once the "Edit Profile" button is clicked, all of the above details may now be edited, including the facility.
• There is also a profile picture at the top, which may now be edited (not included on creation screen).
• Click the "Save Changes" button to update the new profile details.
