As an organizer I want to see a list of all the canceled entrants

Acceptance Criteria

Create another button next to US 02.06.02 that shows a list of entrants that cancelled
Functionality:
- Should display a ListView similar in functionality to US 02.06.01, except instead of invited entrants, show the ones that cancelled
Plan out in Storyboard
Document functionality in wiki
