As an organizer I want to send notifications to all entrants on the waiting list
There should be a button to notify on the event management page.
Functionality:
One possible way: To implement, when a user chooses the option to notify, they can choose who to inform that is everyone on the waiting list, the chosen entrants or the not chosen entrants.
But this should show when the user tries to notify the chosen entrants when the poll has not yet been drawn.
