US 01.01.01 As an entrant, I want to join the waiting list for a specific event

Acceptable Criteria

• Create a join button in the UI

• When the button is pressed, allow the user to join a waitlist.

  • Add User to a waitlist that is based on event taken
  • Should be stored and saved in a database

• Check validity to join event

  • Display confirmation/feedback when a User successfully joins an event
  • If User is already in the waitlist, display an error
  • If there is other problem joining the event (event expired, event deleted, etc.), display an error

• Plan out in Storyboard

• Document functionality in wiki
