As an organizer I want to send notifications to all selected entrants

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a view with a list view or recycler view that shows all selected entrants, allowing the organizer to send notifications.

• Functionality

  • The list should allow multiple entrants to be selected for notification.
  • There should be an option to customize the notification message before sending.
  • After sending, a confirmation message should be displayed, and the list should indicate which entrants have been notified.
