Accpetance Criteria

• Create a view with a list view or recycler view that shows all canceled entrants, allowing the organizer to send notifications.

• Functionality

  • The view should automatically display all entrants marked as canceled.
  • There should be an option to customize the notification message before sending it to all canceled entrants.

• Planned out in the storyboard
