As an entrant, I want to provide my personal information such as name, email and optional phone number in the app

Acceptable Criteria

• Add a profile section page to the UI

• Add a "Profile" button that when pressed allows you to edit the following info:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number (Optional)

• Confirm the information when confirmed

  • Check the info inputted and update/add if valid
  • Display an error otherwise

• Create a cancel button that allows the user to discard their changes

• If the user does not add a name, use a placeholder such as "User01"

• Plan out in Storyboard

• Document functionality in wiki
