Home screen and dashboards implementation (and placeholder screens for the related screens)

This implementation contains:

• the home screen
• the three dashboards : admin, user, organizer
• placeholder xml and class files for the screens directly related to the three dashboards and the home screen

Consider testing on your end to see if it's all good. It works fine on my end.
