Admin can click on an event from the event view page to edit details - including removing facilities
On this edit event page there will be a Remove facility button near the facility field, which on click should be removed. Organizers and facilities have a 1-1 relationship, meaning if the facility is removed due to violating app policy the organizer cannot create events with this facility.
