Optionally browse recipes with only photos

Story(optional): As a user, I want to optionally browse recipes only with photos.

Description: User is able to search for recipes that only contain photos uploaded for viewing

Actor: User

Precondition: User has be on search recipe activity and choose to search only for recipes with photos (possibly via a checkbox)

Trigger: User checks "with Photos only" on the Search Recipe screen

Basic Flow:

1. User navigates to a search recipe screen
2. User checks the "with Photos only" checkbox

Tests:

1. Upload identical recipes one with and one without a photo
2. Search for recipes without check box checked.
3. Search for recipes with check box checked
