"For each source code file, you should have a brief introductory comment describing its purpose or role within the application or a design pattern, as well as any currently outstanding issues. "

I added a brief (not so great) comment to everthing, but I'm not completely sure what outstanding issues we have for each class, so if everyone could add the things that still need to be done in their portions of code right under the description that would be awesome.

Also feel free to change the descriptions, I just quickly wrote something down.

Also Release Plan needs to be updated!
