Sign-out -> New User Issue #81

Reproduction Steps: 1) Sign in with an existing account. 2) Sign out of that account. 3) Sign in, creating a new account to do so. 4) Notice that the Sign Out dialog is present. 5) Dismiss the Sign Out Dialog. 6) Open the drawer menu. 7) Notice that your old account is displayed at the top. 8) Open the My Profile menu. 9) Note that it updates properly, but the account display in the drawer menu is still wrong.

It appears that issue also occurs if you follow the above steps but, instead of signing into a completely new account, add a Google account that the phone doesn't have stored yet but that we've already authenticated from our app with a different device.
