As a player, I want a profile with a unique username and my contact information.

Acceptance Criteria

• The player is able to select a custom user name.
• Invalid and duplicate user names will be rejected.
• The player will have a profile containing their username (and list of QR codes?)
• The player will be able to add their contact information to their profile.

Users sign-up/login with unique username (and email, and region). The profile page lists that information.
