As a player, I want to see game-wide high scores (highest scoring QR codes, the most QR codes, the highest sum of QR codes, highest scoring QR codes in a region) of all players.

Acceptance Criteria

• The player must have access to a high scores lists
• There must be a high score list for highest scoring QR codes overall
• There must be a high score list for the most QR codes scanned
• There must be a high score list for Highest sum of QR codes
• There must be a high score list for each region indicating the highest scoring QR codes in that region
• The list must display the scores of all players
• The list must be sorted by score

The eclass "Project Problem Description" page lists US 07.01.01: 'As a player, I want to see game-wide high scores of all players.'; but the eclass page's intro paragraph mention "We want users to compete with each other for the highest scoring QR codes, the most QR codes, the highest sum of QR codes, or highest scoring QR codes in a region.". This additional information should be edited within US 07.01.01.

viraj added scoreboard functionality which includes a list of users and their total points and total num of codes. list can be sorted by: name, num of codes, points. Regional separation functionality still needs to be confirmed
